Notes:

All graphics, logos and text are to
be provided by the client in final, placeable format.
No editing/optimizing services will be provided with the
Startup Package. Minimal editing will be provided with
Deluxe and Premium package if essential.

No shopping carts are included in the
prices listed above. The inclusion of a PayPal shopping
cart (such as the one included on this site) can be quoted
upon request.

Deluxe and Premium packages include
one year of hosting with GoDaddy.com’s Deluxe Hosting
Package. If your company currently has a hosting package,
then the credit will be applied for consulting time required
to coordinate with your hosting company. You must have
a hosting package that will support web elements requested.

With the Premium package, we will setup
multiple email addresses for you with GoDaddy.com’s
hosting package. Email accounts will not be setup if you
currently have another hosting company.

You must provide a basic design idea
for layout (colors to be used, location of menus, etc)
in order to ensure the layout concepts provided meet your
need. At a minimum, a list of websites with a style you
like must be provided. A maximum of 2-3 layout concepts
will be provided for approval (depending upon package
selection). You are to request design changes during the
Design Phase only. After the design is approved, only
text based edits/revisions will be made during the Implementation
Phase.

All pages are
professionally prepared and a personalized template is
created to facilitate the addition of pages at a later
date for consistency throughout your website. Standardized
templates are not used so your website will be unique.
How does it work
- Preparation
Phase:
during this time the
client is responsible for gathering content (including text,
logos, photos, etc) and providing it to us in digital format.
The client should approve the Site Map (site outline) prior
to the beginning of the graphic design of your site.
- Design
Phase: during this phase of the project
we will create the graphic design for the site. This includes
the home page mockup(s) and inside page mockup(s) - depending
upon the chosen package. The client should ensure they request
all design edits during this phase of the project,
prior to moving into the HTML phase. Design edits do not
apply to the Basic Package.
- Implementation
Phase: During
this phase, we create the HTML site based on the chosen
design. Any changes to the Site Map or graphic design during
the Implementation Phase may result in a Change Order fee.
The client should request only text-based edits
at this time.
- Deployment:
We will either upload the site to the client’s
hosting server via FTP, or provide the site on disk for
the client to upload. Any edits to the site after Deployment
are considered ‘Maintenance’ and will be billed
separately at the Designer’s rate of $50/hour.
- Training:
After Deployment, we will
provide training documentation to assist you with your new
GoDaddy.com account (not included with Basic or Startup
Package).

This is an economical website package
that is not based on a basic template; therefore, your website
will be different than your competitors. This package is
a static website. This means, this website will not change
nor will you be likely to make frequent content changes.
This package gives you the ability to have a personalized
look and a handful of pages. You are alloted several revisions
to ensure your pages look just the way you want. There are
no forms included in this package or flash banners unless
you already have a flash item prepared and it only needs
to be inserted in the page. If your hosting package supports
web forms, we can provide a 'contact us' page (after reviewing
your hosting package supported features).

This is a one stop package. Although
this is a static website, we will create one flash text
banner to appear at the top of each page. This way, your
page will have motion. We not only design the website for
you but also setup the hosting account and purchase the
domain name you want for your business. This website gives
you the originality you are looking for. You are provided
with 3 concepts based on your business style or on the information
you provided us for reference. From these three choices,
you pick one and we create a website for you with up to
8 pages. We'll even include a form submission page. Most
clients choose the form submission page for contact purposes
where your site visitor enters their contact information
then clicks the 'submit' button. The hosting package that
is included is one year with GoDaddy.com's Deluxe Hosting
package and Domain Name purchase. GoDaddy.com offers one
of the most competitive packages on the internet today.
Rather than resell hosting services to you, we pass along
the saving directly to you. We will purchase the hosting
for you (the price is included with this package) and set
everything up in your name so you don't feel as if you are
chained to us. We pay for it, but it's in your name so you
don't need to worry about transferring ownership and other
headache later. If you already have a hosting company, then
we will coordinate with them to setup the page for you.
We'll just need to know who the hosting company is and give
us login information so we can make the change.
